Biography

Dr. Qiaofei Li obtained his Master’s degree in Dermatology and Venereology from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Following graduation, he worked for over seven years at the Department of Dermatology, Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University, and completed a six-month advanced fellowship in dermatopathology at Peking University First Hospital. He later joined United Family Hospital Shenzhen.

With more than 10 years of clinical experience in dermatology, Dr. Li specializes in the diagnosis and management of complex and refractory skin diseases. He is a strong advocate of evidence-based medicine and has extensive experience in pediatric dermatology, as well as dermatologic care and medication management during pregnancy and lactation.

Dr. Li is a registered certified aesthetic physician. His practice focuses on injectable aesthetic medicine, energy-based anti-aging treatments, and dermatologic surgery. He is known for integrating multiple aesthetic modalities to deliver comprehensive, individualized anti-aging solutions with natural and balanced outcomes.

  • Practiced long-term in the Department of Dermatology, Nanfang Hospital of Southern Medical University (formerly the First Military Medical University) following completion of postgraduate training
  • Joined the United Family Healthcare system in 2021 and participated in the establishment and development of both the Dermatology Department and the Medical Aesthetics Department at Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital

Academic Achievements

Dr. Li has published a total of 16 academic papers, including 5 SCI-indexed articles as first author in international journals such as Journal der Deutschen Dermatologischen Gesellschaft, International Journal of Dermatology, and Anais Brasileiros de Dermatologia. His research includes the first international reports on dermoscopic and skin CT features of Talaromyces marneffei infection, the first dermoscopic and skin CT descriptions of dermatosis papulosa nigra in the Chinese population, and the proposal of a new dermatologic entity termed juvenile seborrheic keratosis.
