Biography
Dr. Lin Junhong graduated from the Clinical Medicine Department of Guangzhou Medical College in 2004 and obtained a master’s degree from the Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Diseases of Guangzhou Medical College in 2009. With over 20 years of rich experience, we specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory system diseases in children, and are proficient in the diagnosis and treatment of various common and difficult diseases of the respiratory system in children. We have profound clinical accumulation in areas such as childhood pneumonia, asthma, and rare airway diseases. Especially good at the diagnosis and differentiation of children’s respiratory infectious diseases, chronic cough, bronchial asthma and standardized treatment of repeated wheezing in infants.
Before joining Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital, Dr. Lin had long served at Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center, serving as a respiratory specialist resident physician, chief resident physician, attending physician, and deputy chief physician. He also worked as a pediatric specialist and head of the pediatric specialty at Ping An Good Doctor.
Dr. Lin is particularly outstanding in the application and promotion of pediatric bronchoscopy technology, and has participated in promoting the construction and technical specifications of standardized bronchoscopy rooms in primary pediatrics. He has served as the secretary of the Pediatric Bronchoscopy Collaboration Group of the Respiratory Science Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and has long been a lecturer in the standardized specialized training system for pediatric asthma in Guangdong Province.
He also participated in the compilation of professional works such as “Diagnosis and Treatment Standards for Children’s Respiratory Diseases” and “Construction and Technical Specifications for Standardized Bronchoscopy Rooms in Primary Pediatrics”, and published multiple papers in both Chinese and English, including SCI Collection of essays.
Dr. Lin currently serves as an executive member of the Maternal and Child Health Branch of the Guangdong Health Science Popularization Promotion Association. He has previously served as a mentor for the American Heart Association’s (AHA) Children’s Basic Life Support and Children’s Advanced Life Support programs, as well as a standardized specialist training instructor for children’s asthma in Guangdong Province. He is committed to promoting and training children’s respiratory health and emergency treatment.
