- Dr. Weng has nearly 20 years of clinical experience. Formerly practiced in the Department of Neurology at Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University (a National Key Clinical Specialty and a national flagship unit for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine).

- Published over 40 academic papers, including more than 20 SCI-indexed papers (some in top international journals like Brain and Brain Communications);
- Co-authored the large clinical reference book Clinical Symptomatology of Neurological Disorders (Bilingual English-Chinese Edition);
- Received one second prize for Scientific and Technological Progress in Hubei Province;
- Obtained 1 National Invention Patent
