Sang Xiaomei

Dr. Sang graduated from the Medical School of Southwest Medical University with nearly 40 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology clinical practice, teaching, and research. She has extensive expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, treating gynecological tumors, addressing infertility, and diagnosing and treating reproductive tract diseases.

Dr. Sang is proficient in performing various surgeries and minimally invasive techniques, including:
• Cesarean section
• Abdominal and laparoscopic hysterectomy
• Myomectomy (removal of uterine fibroids)
• Ovarian tumor resection
• Diagnosis and treatment of pelvic endometriosis lesions
• Laparoscopic uterine prolapse suspension
• Hysteroscopic procedures, such as hysteroscopic submucosal fibroid removal and adhesiolysis

She is also skilled in vaginal hysterectomy and perineal/vaginal repair surgery.

Before joining Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital, Dr. Sang served as the chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, and Director of the Endoscopy and Minimally Invasive Medicine Training Base at Luzhou People’s Hospital. She was also consultant of Sichuan Provincial Obstetrics and Gynecology Quality Control Center, and member of the Perinatal Medicine Specialty Committee.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sang authored Practical Clinical Medicine (Obstetrics and Gynecology Volume), published over 20 academic papers, participated in 5 research projects, and received 2 municipal-level science and technology awards. She has also been recognized as one of Luzhou’s “Top Ten Doctors” and an “Outstanding Worker.”200
