Chen Zhuofan

Dr. Chen Zhuofan graduated from the Department of Stomatology of Zhongshan Medical University in 1993. From 1998 to 2002, Dr. Professor of Guanghua School of Stomatology, Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Zhongshan University. He is also an honorary professor and joint doctoral supervisor of the School of Dentistry of HKU.

Over the years in the Guanghua School of Stomatology Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Zhongshan university engaged in oral implant health care, scientific research and teaching work. So far, the team has completed the treatment and follow-up of more than 10,000 cases of oral implant cases. In 2007, he set up the first batch of “Oral Implantology” undergraduate course in Zhongshan university and served as the course director. Over the years, he has trained more than 50 graduate students (doctoral, more than 10 postdoctoral) in the field of oral implantology.

Dr Chen specializes in the treatment of dental implants, such as immediate implant, immediate restoration, implant restoration for periodontal disease, He has accumulated rich clinical experience in the fields of dental implant restoration in aesthetic area, minimally invasive implant surgery guided by digital guide plate, implant restoration in patients with alveolar bone defects, immediate implant restoration of edentulous jaws, and implant restoration of jaw function reconstruction.
