164Dr. Lei graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, she has been engaged in clinical, teaching and research of obstetrics and gynecology for nearly 40 years. Dr. Lei has rich clinical experience in the treatment of dystocia, high-risk pregnancy, pregnancy comorbidities and complications, and acute and critical illness, especially in the metabolic diseases of pregnancy. Specializes in the prevention, care, diagnosis and treatment of metabolic diseases such as hyperglycemia during pregnancy, hypertensive diseases during pregnancy, hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism during pregnancy, intrahepatic cholestasis during pregnancy.

Dr. Lei has skillfully completed all levels of obstetrics and gynecology operations and difficult and complex operations, including the solo completion of nearly 10,000 cesarean section, extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection, vaginal hysterectomy, complex total hysterectomy.

Before joining Shenzhen United Family Hospital, Dr. Lei was the Director of the Obstetrics Ward of Shenzhen Baoan District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, where she was responsible for the teaching, training, further education and maternity school of obstetrics. In addition to focusing on clinical work, Dr. Lei has presided over and participated in a number of national and provincial research projects and published more than 10 papers.
