HSBC Life launches first medical VIP Lounge in mainland China

Major milestone in cross-border medical services investment

HSBC life today announces the launch of its first medical VIP Lounge – HSBC Life Care+ Premium Lounge in mainland China.  This VIP lounge is located at the Shenzhen New Frontier United Family Hospital (SZUFH) which is just fifteen minutes’ drive away from Futian Port of Entry.

This marks a significant milestone for the insurer in expanding its cross-border medical services. With increasing movement between cities in the Greater Bay Area (GBA) and changes in lifestyle habits, the demand for high-quality healthcare in GBA continues to rise.

All HSBC Life policyholders can access comprehensive services in the HSBC Life Care+ Premium Lounge.  These services include medical concierge support, priority appointment bookings, limousine arrangements and catering.  Ambassadors will assist with medical consultations, coordinate diagnostic tests and treatments, and follow up appointments. Additionally, HSBC Life policyholders can enjoy an exclusive preferential offer on selected inpatient and outpatient medical services at SZUFH.  This aims to enhance their access to high quality healthcare and to provide peace of mind, especially for customers who may be unfamiliar with hospital or medical environments in mainland China.
